How much does it cost to have my website professionally managed?

Our plans start at $99/month for management on your existing host, and go up to $750/month for our top-tier package that includes full enterprise hosting, comprehensive management, and ongoing strategic support. Do I have to move my hosting to you?

No. While we highly recommend our enterprise-grade infrastructure, you can choose to keep your site self-hosted, IT-managed, or on enterprise setups like WordPress VIP. If you choose to self-host on our higher tiers, we even offer a slight monthly discount. We’ll just give you a straight answer during onboarding if your current host is actively harming your performance.

Are there long-term contracts, or can I cancel anytime?

You should work with us because you want to, no because you have to. Our plans are month-to-month, meaning you can cancel anytime. We do offer discounts if you prefer the predictability of an annual plan, but there are no mandatory multi-year lock-ins.

What if my current site is a total mess?

Most of the sites we take over have a few skeletons in the code. That’s exactly why we do a Forensic Audit during onboarding. We’ll identify the technical debt, fix the critical errors, and stabilize the site before we ever go live. You don’t need to clean up before we arrive.

How do I contact support, and what about emergencies?

You can reach us via phone, email, or your dedicated client portal. For standard requests, we respond within one business day. For true emergencies (like your site going down at 2 AM), our infrastructure monitoring alerts us instantly, and our team logs in to fix it. We don’t just file a ticket; we own the resolution.

Do you support WooCommerce?

Yes. E-commerce and dynamic membership sites require significantly more server power, specialized caching rules, and careful plugin management than standard brochure sites. Stabilizing complex sites is exactly what our enterprise stack was built for.

What if I need new pages or features built later?

We handle that too. While our core management plans keep the lights on and the site secure, our Ongoing Development services allow you to request new landing pages, custom features, or design tweaks, on-demand or through a dedicated retainer.

Do you support websites with custom code or complex features?

Absolutely. We regularly take over highly customized WordPress builds, membership portals, and sites with complex third-party API integrations. Our audit and onboarding process ensures we understand exactly how your custom features work before we touch anything on a live server.

What happens if we decide to leave or change providers?

While we always appreciate the opportunity to make things right if we aren’t hitting the mark, we don’t believe in holding data hostage either. If you decide to move on, we make the exit as smooth as the onboarding. We’ll package up a complete export of your site, provide your latest backups, hand over relevant documentation, and grant your new provider the access they need for a seamless transition.
