Do I have to move my hosting for you to manage my website?
No. If you are currently on an enterprise-grade host that we approve of (like WP Engine or Kinsta), you can stay there and jump on our Bronze plan. However, for total stack ownership and maximum speed, we highly recommend migrating to our Silver or Gold infrastructure.
Are development hours (building new features) included in these plans?
These plans cover the hosting, maintenance, security, and day-to-day support to keep your site running flawlessly. Building new features, redesigning pages, or adding new functionality falls under our Ongoing Development services. However, simply having an active management plan unlocks exclusive, heavily discounted hourly rates for all your development needs.
What if my current site is a total mess?
Most of the sites we take over have a few skeletons in the code. We perform a Forensic Audit during your onboarding. We’ll identify the technical debt, fix the critical errors, and stabilize the site before we flip the switch. You don’t need to clean up before we arrive.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. Our core plans are strictly month-to-month, meaning you can cancel anytime. We do offer a discount if you prefer the predictability of annual billing, but we never force you into a multi-year lock-in.
